The 2015 County Bar Recognition Award was presented by the Pennsylvania Bar Association at the Conference of County Bar Leaders Conference held in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, to the Allegheny County Bar Association (ACBA) for its "Practice for Success" seminar. President James W. Creenan accepted the award on behalf of the ACBA.

James W. Creenan attended the Boy Scouts of American Laurel Highlands Council and UPMC Health Plan' Whitney M. Young Jr. 26th Annual Service Awards Dinner at the Westin Convention Center Hotel. This year’s honorees include Gordon Gebbens, Vernon Smith, Rice Enterprises LLC, Propel Schools and a special recognition of Judge Livingstone Johnson.

Ararat Church in which ACBA's Homer Brown Society awarded the Urban League with the Drum Major for Justice Award. Jim spoke about the importance of Dr. King and his continuing legacy of peace and non-violence.
